We develop, manufacture and sell with selected partners around the world membranes, laminated and functional textiles as well as fully finished products which offer our customers and users of our products maximum protection and comfort as well as top quality. Our materials are optimal breathable, 100% windproof and waterproof and are manufactured using completely recyclable membranes.
Our technologies and processes are based on the principle of ecological responsibility and sustainability with particular focus on ensuring an improved carbon footprint. “Closing the Loop”, closing the textile cycle, is our common goal.
At Sympatex®, we have been working in an agile organizational structure with flat hierarchies in interdisciplinary project teams since 2019. Our proactive way of working enables us to seize opportunities quickly in order to develop solutions flexibly and implement them effectively. The legal basis for this is Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6 (1) b) DS-GVO. If you have given us consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) DS-GVO, this can be revoked at any time for the future. Your personal data will only be passed on within our company to persons who are involved in processing your application. We do not intend to pass on your data to third parties.
In the event of successful applications, the data submitted and processed by us will be stored in our data processing systems on the basis of Section 26 of the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and Article 6 (1) b) DS-GVO for the purpose of implementing the employment relationship.
If we are unable to make you a job offer, if you reject a job offer or if you withdraw your application, we reserve the right to retain the data you have provided on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 (1) f) DS-GVO for a further 6 months after the end of the application process, insofar as this is necessary for the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims. After that, the data will be completely deleted or destroyed. Longer retention of applicant data will only take place if this is necessary for a special purpose, legal retention obligations prevent deletion or you have given us the corresponding consent in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 a) DS-GVO.
