It looks like you have engineered change. We’re curious! Could you please share with us what’s so unique in terms of design?
Panter® is a brand committed to developing the best footwear for professional use, in terms of comfort, health and design.
For this reason, we actively collaborate with various technological institutes such as IBV, SATRA and INESCOP with the objective to explore new ways to enhance the health of users in professional environments through footwear.
Thanks to this ongoing research work, Panter® has launched a large number of technologies improve the performance and well-being of users.

As manufacturers, where our work philosophy is quality through R&D&i and LEAN, it is essential for us to form alliances with renowned brands like Sympatex®, which have and value these same requirements. By collaborating together, we can always achieve the best product.
The use of Sympatex® membranes in occupational footwear offers numerous benefits to users. These membranes enable us to create waterproof, breathable, and comfortable footwear while prioritizing environmental sustainability.
Apparently, our planet matters to you, too! What’s your approach in that regard?
It is everyone’s obligation to fulfill with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals that will improve the world and, ultimately, the lives of all individuals.
This is why we have undertaken a number of initiatives aimed at protecting the planet. We launched an ecological line of safety footwear made from fabrics derived from recycled PET plastic bottles. In 2022, we developed a recycling process for all Panter® footwear, giving them a new life while reducing waste and greenhouse gas emissions.
